MRS. S. J. M'KEITHAN DEAD
Funeral Will Be Held At Winnabow Today
The funeral of Mrs. S. J. McKeithan, who died last night at 11:30 o'clock, will be conducted this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the New Hope Presbyterian church, Winnabow. Rev. J. B. Crowley, pastor of the Pearsall Memorial, will conduct the services, and he will be assisted by Rev. Mr. Young, pastor of the New Hope church.
Mrs. McKeithan was 83 years of age, and her death last night followed a short illness of pneumonia. She was a resident of Brunswick county, and was visiting her daughter, Mrs. J. S. Kirby, at Sea Gate, when her death occurred. She is the widow of Moses McKeithan, of Town Creek.
The good woman is survived by four sons, as follows: C. E. McKeithan, of Jacksonville, Fla.; A: E. McKeithan, of Selma; H. H. McKeithan, of Florence, S. C., and H. S. McKeithan, of Buena Vista, Va.; also by three daughters, Mrs. D. A. Bennett, of Winnabow; Mrs. A. N. Kirby, of Sea Gate, and Miss Lizzie McKeithan, of this city; a granddaughter, Mrs. T. J. Merchant, of this city, and a grandson, J. E. McKeithan, of Atlanta, Ga; also a nephew, G. Pearlie McKeithan, of this city.
